In this video, a Russian man pulls aside a Russian police car and notices them breaking two laws: no seat belt and talking on the phone while driving, He lectures them and, shockingly, they comply.
If this were to take place in this country, the cops would likely pull him over out of spite. But they might also kick the shit out of him while insisting he hit them first, after which they’d plant drugs on him and arrest him on those charges, too.
And, no, I don’t believe that all (or even most) cops are crooked. But a great many of them seem to forget that their training is supposed to allow them to rise above situations where the public merely voices disagreement with them or their actions.
